Decorating small bedrooms can be a real pain even when you don't have a lot of stuff. There are ways to regain a sense of peace and create the sort of sanctuary a bedroom should be.
 Hooks and hangups
When you are low on floor space, you have to make the most of what you do have - vertical space. Use over-door storage to hang all sorts of things. Once you have the hooks and hangers, it's up to you to get into the habit of using them rather than dropping bags and coats on the bed or floor to be put away later. Changing this habit alone will make a big difference to clutter.
